Operate grain bagging machines during harvest and grain bag extractors during off-harvest, ensuring timely, efficient bagging and reclaiming of corn, wheat, and soybeans. Perform quality control and track shrinkage impacts. Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment, operate machinery safely, and communicate with farmers and drivers. Ensure compliance with environmental laws and EMS, IPS, and animal wellbeing policies.

Key Responsibilities

•Bag corn, wheat, and soybeans at harvest in a timely, cost-efficient manner.
•Reclaim corn, wheat, and soybeans when procurement and the mill need bushels.
•Perform quality control on bagged bushels and monitor grain/soybean shrinkage.
•Operate bagging/reclaiming equipment safely and productively.
•Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on bagging/reclaiming equipment and remain compliant with environmental, EMS, IPS, and animal wellbeing policies.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED required.
•Agriculture or mechanical experience preferred.
•Able to operate a tractor, auger, and conveyor.
