Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with assigned COS to grow, maintain, and support existing customers.
  • •Build relationships with key personnel at Oncology accounts to facilitate unit growth.
  • •Analyze and monitor patient testing to ensure adherence to the oncologist’s protocol.
  • •Assess needs of medical professionals and staff to provide customer support and problem solving.
  • •Become an expert on Natera Oncology products and processes; educate medical professionals and maintain KPI reporting for patient retention and fulfilled orders.

Key Requirements
