Job Summary

Support the Business Integrity & Ethics function by conducting independent, objective investigations into allegations of misconduct, fraud, corruption, conflicts of interest, abuse of authority, and misuse of company resources. Assess and prioritize allegations, gather and analyze evidence, conduct interviews, and produce investigation reports with findings and recommendations. Help administer compliance declaration programs, support corrective actions, and deliver ethics and compliance awareness initiatives, reporting insights to leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Support Business Integrity & Ethics by managing independent, objective investigations into misconduct, fraud, corruption, conflicts of interest, abuse of authority, and misuse of resources.
•Assess and prioritize allegations, determine investigation scope, and direct issues to appropriate channels for investigation and resolution.
•Gather and analyze evidence, conduct interviews, and document findings and recommendations in investigation reports.
•Support implementation of corrective actions and follow up on investigation outcomes.
•Support compliance declaration programs (conflict of interest disclosures), whistleblowing activities, ethics awareness initiatives, and periodic compliance reporting and dashboards.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a recognized university.
•3+ years’ experience in compliance in a similar type of major organization.
•Experience conducting compliance investigations and case management.
•Experience interviewing witnesses and subjects of investigations and handling evidence/documentation.
•Strong integrity, ethical conduct, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
