Senior Software Engineer, Cloud Infrastructure

Build and operate the cloud infrastructure that powers agentic AI for customer support. Design development/production platforms and abstractions over cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and networking, then take end-to-end ownership of deployments in enterprise customer clouds. Drive reliability for latency-sensitive, production AI workloads through monitoring, alerting, and incident response, while partnering with customers and internal product/security teams to turn constraints into repeatable deployment plans.
