Lead the Pratt & Whitney AMNS Production Line Restart project for RTX, coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, industrial, finance, procurement and manufacturing to restart the production line on schedule and within budget. Maintain close relationships with Boeing and internal support organizations, manage suppliers and risks, and provide program status reports and earned value oversight in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee AMNS Production Line Restart (PLR) effort by managing project cost, schedule, and risks
•Develop and maintain close working relationships with The Boeing Company as well as P&W internal support organizations
•Integrate across Engineering, Industrial, Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing to successfully deliver AMNS structure assemblies on time
•Support customer business calls, program management reviews, status calls, and produce program status reports
•Manage suppliers by addressing any roadblocks/risks, leading meeting cadence to ensure milestones are met

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 107,500 - 204,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree
•8 years of aerospace experience or an advanced degree with 5 years of aerospace experience
•Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams
•U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
