Key Responsibilities

  • •Directly manage and develop a team of hourly associates in an Inspection Center to achieve production targets.
  • •Ensure safe movement of vehicles into and out of the Inspection Center while meeting production and quality goals.
  • •Oversee day-to-day team activities, identify strengths/weaknesses, and implement improvement steps.
  • •Train associates using Quality Control standards and ensure repairs are completed effectively and efficiently the first time.
  • •Review and approve mechanical and physical defects and partner with the Inspection Center General Manager to repair or reject inventory based on estimated repair cost and vehicle quality.
