Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the full accelerated demo-to-staff process at Wing Assistant.
  • •After studying customer intake requirements, prepare candidates ahead of sales demos.
  • •Conduct discovery and deliver Wing’s value presentation on Google Meet.
  • •Introduce live candidates during demos, then soft-close and close the sale with client confirmation.
  • •Handle post-demo admin work (internal documentation, CRM updates, Discord coordination) and notify Customer Success when commitments are secured.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: PHP 40,000 - 50,000 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •Prepare two to three strong candidates from the internal organization’s pool before every sales demo (briefing, availability confirmation, and role alignment).
  • •Run structured discovery and present Wing’s value on Google Meet.
  • •Bring two to three live candidates into Google Meet and introduce them in a short, structured format.
  • •Close the sale upon client agreement with the chosen candidate.
  • •Complete post-demo administrative work including internal documentation, CRM updates, and Discord coordination.
