Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer employee lifecycle processes including promotions, transfers, and terminations.
  • •Create and maintain paperwork for new hire setup and leaver processes, including generating employment contracts and change-in-terms letters.
  • •Manage employee data changes in Workday and ServiceNow and maintain accurate electronic and hard-copy records in line with retention policy.
  • •Support employee leave of absences in the region (e.g., paternity, maternity, short-term sickness) and serve as a first point of contact for common employee questions.
  • •Use low-code/no-code automation (e.g., Power Automate and AI agents) to simplify repetitive workflows and support local/global projects, training compliance, and policy acknowledgements.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in People & Culture Shared Services and global mobility/immigration, particularly within the EMEA region.
  • •Working knowledge of the ServiceNow HRSD agent role, including responding to employee inquiries and managing onboarding-related cases.
  • •Experience using tools and systems that support People Operations activities, including managing employee lifecycle workflows.
  • •Functional automation mindset: identify manual tasks suitable for low-code/no-code optimization and interpret basic data visualizations to make recommendations.
  • •Strong communication skills to clearly exchange concepts with technical and non-technical audiences and resolve escalations.
