  • •Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO Flow initiatives while optimizing productivity and efficiency.
  • •Ensure engaging customer interactions and maintain a friendly, easy to shop sales environment.
  • •Analyze reports with the leadership team to strategize, support action plans, and address deficient areas.
  • •Ensure effective sales floor coverage and lead selling initiatives throughout the store as needed.
  • •Assist with shipment processing, visual merchandising placement, and daily replenishment; execute all front- and back-of-house procedures per company policy.
