•Drive AI product strategy and execution within Note Generation, shaping the roadmap for core note models and evaluation stack and owning outcomes.
•Contribute to the evaluation platform and measurement systems, building world-class note quality evaluation across annotation, LLM judges, backtesting, and production analytics with reliable benchmarks and fast iteration cycles.
•Drive depth across specialties and clinical contexts, ensuring notes reflect clinical expectations and align with professional norms across care settings by partnering with clinical leaders to define gold standards.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, ML, design, and customer teams to align architecture, model iteration schedules, evaluation methodologies, and system reliability while keeping clinicians in control.
•Operate with a high bar for quality, speed, and accountability.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 250,000 - 290,000 annually
