Job Summary

Translate business needs for Core Banking and Payments into detailed requirements and user stories. Partner with Product Owners, operations, architects, developers, QA, DevOps, and support to align on scope, traceability, dependencies, and feasible solution design. Support SIT/UAT, regression testing, defect triage, release readiness, and operational handover, while maintaining high-quality BRDs, specs, process maps, and stakeholder updates to drive delivery clarity.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze business needs with Product Owners, business users, operations, and technology teams and translate them into requirements, user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
•Facilitate requirement walkthroughs, impact assessments, and solution discussions across business, technology, testing, risk, and control stakeholders.
•Support Core Banking and Payments delivery by clarifying scope, managing requirement traceability, analyzing dependencies, resolving requirement queries, and aligning expected outcomes.
•Partner with architects, developers, QA, DevOps, and support to ensure solutions are feasible, supportable, scalable, and aligned with operational and control expectations.
•Support SIT/UAT and regression testing, defect triage, release readiness, operational handover, and post-implementation review; maintain BRDs, specs, process maps, data/interface requirements, and stakeholder updates.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, IT, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
•6+ years of experience in business analysis, technology delivery, product analysis, or banking system implementation, preferably in financial services.
•Strong knowledge of Core Banking and Payments domains, including system integration, transaction lifecycle, reconciliation, exception handling, and risk/control considerations.
•Proven ability to translate business needs into BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, process flows, data/interface requirements, acceptance criteria, and impact assessments.
•Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery, testing lifecycle, release management, production support, and banking technology governance.
