Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver vehicles directly to customers’ doors with Carvana’s custom car haulers.
  • •Frequently load/unload vehicles and inspect the hauler to ensure vehicles are safe to drive.
  • •Complete customer paperwork and add thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
  • •Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record per Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • •Be able to perform physically demanding tasks, including loading/unloading and vehicle detailing, in indoor/outdoor conditions.
  • •Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • •Requires grasping, lifting, pushing, and pulling items up to 50 lbs, with the ability to walk/stand and remain active for 8+ hours.
  • •Must be at least 21, have a valid driver’s license, pass a drug test, and obtain a DOT Medical Card; local notary and state specialty license requirements apply within stated timelines.
