Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Capital Markets live transactions with modeling, structuring, internal memos, lender communication, document review, and execution.
  • •Evaluate funding strategies and their impact within Ramp’s broader corporate strategy.
  • •Partner cross-functionally on strategic initiatives including product expansion, financial partnerships, bank partnerships, and issuing partnerships.
  • •Manage day-to-day aspects of Ramp’s warehouse facilities and ABS facilities.
  • •Own Capital Markets models, ensure data tape accuracy, assist with rearchitecting for product changes, and automate/streamline processes to improve efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
  • •3+ years of experience in sell-side or buy-side ABS trading, securitization, asset financing, leveraged finance, or coverage banking (preferably FIG).
  • •Excellent financial modeling and quantitative data analytics skills.
  • •Comfort working with large data sets and being extremely detail-oriented with high precision.
  • •Relationship-minded approach with strong written and verbal communication; ability to thrive in small, collaborative, ambiguous environments.
