Key Responsibilities

  • •Run proofs of concept with leads and guide customers through onboarding.
  • •Recommend best practices for specific architectures and use cases.
  • •Work with account executives to lead demo and discovery calls.
  • •Become a trusted technical advisor and help ensure customers are activated and successful.
  • •Collect customer feedback on friction points and workflows to inform the product roadmap; improve documentation and public materials.

Key Requirements

  • •Prior experience in development, systems engineering, or DevOps; open source contributions are a plus.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly articulate technical concepts.
