Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive the packaging sourcing strategy aligned with internal stakeholders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, R&D, Quality, Marketing, Finance, and Procurement.
  • •Manage end-to-end responsibility for packaging categories within the cluster and monitor feedstock markets to manage price risk.
  • •Lead value engineering opportunities and ensure timely implementation at the factory.
  • •Build supplier partnerships, support tenders, and develop long-term sourcing strategies to enable category growth.
  • •Manage budgeting and purchase price variance reporting, drive dual sourcing (100% dual sourced), and support new product development and localization initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Business, or Economics.
  • •5 years of experience in strategic commercial procurement.
  • •Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • •Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • •Experience in the packaging industry (required).
