Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely perform a variety of warehouse duties including pulling, loading, unloading, sorting, staging, stacking, pallet building, wrapping, transporting, counting, and quality checks.
  • •Verify accuracy and quality of products received and shipped; maintain records such as bill of lading, receivers, and pick tickets.
  • •Operate yard switcher/tractors and trailers for loading and unloading, and safely operate warehouse material handling equipment to store, stage, retrieve, replenish, and load/unload.
  • •Interact with automation systems and screens, voice pick systems, and warehouse management systems to build, finish, and verify pallets and ensure accurate load-outs and inventory counts.
  • •Perform safety pre-trip checks, basic cleaning/maintenance on automation systems, follow GMP and food safety rules, and complete janitorial tasks as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Pass the forklift skills assessment and safely operate PBV material handling equipment.
  • •At least a high school diploma or GED is preferred.
  • •Computer/Human Machine Interface skills.
  • •Mechanical aptitude and good math, reading, writing, and communication skills.
  • •Be able to read and understand product labels and load ticket instructions, including counting large quantities of products and materials.
