Serve as a seasoned networking and systems integration subject-matter expert, providing technical support to clients on-site and remotely. Compile clear technical specifications, recommend and validate solution options (including backup alternatives), and escalate complex issues to the right third parties. Write reports and proposals, maintain project documentation, and support documentation of standard operating procedures. Coach junior implementation engineers and coordinate their work toward performance targets.
