Key Responsibilities

  • •Interact with clients on-site and remotely to meet complex solution requirements.
  • •Escalate unresolved and complex problems/requests to the relevant third parties as needed.
  • •Write reports and proposals, and create/maintain project documentation and standard operating procedures for installations and fixes.
  • •Coordinate the activities of junior engineers in line with performance targets and contribute to higher-complexity design work.
  • •Own relevant technologies within the domain/specialization and mentor/coach more junior implementation engineers and technicians.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology, Computing, or a related field.
  • •Professional-level networking certifications (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5) such as CCNP, JNCIS, ACMP, and Cisco Dev Net.
  • •Seasoned experience in technical implementation engineering focused on networking technologies.
  • •Strong client engagement experience, including presenting and conducting client interactions.
  • •Experience in networking troubleshooting and diagnosis, including routing, switching, wireless, SDI distribution, and core/access layers.
