Production Supervisor

Lead day-to-day production in the Evansville coatings operation, executing the production schedule and ensuring products meet specifications while minimizing losses. Develop and maintain site Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with engineers, monitor performance using KPIs, and manage the production department budget. Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards and partner with the HSE officer to maintain a safe workplace.
