Manage centrally provided lead pipelines with consultative, high-touch communication, coordinate with key third-party partners to support smooth transactions, and help maximize funded loan volume while maintaining quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Evaluate loan applications and supporting documentation to assess creditworthiness and repayment ability.
•Perform preliminary analysis of applicants’ credit, income, and assets, communicating eligibility and next steps clearly.
•Communicate origination timelines, product options, pricing, and underwriting requirements throughout the loan lifecycle.
•Proactively obtain required documentation via outbound communication, and provide loan status updates, conditions, approvals, or declinations.
•Coordinate with realtors, builders, mobile notaries, and other partners while managing accurate disclosures and closing documentation to support on-time funding.
