Key Responsibilities

  • •Run end-to-end project integration to initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control, and transition projects to the customer while ensuring objectives are met.
  • •Manage non-product objectives across safety, cost, schedule, and human resources, including product-to-project scope configuration management.
  • •Apply quality and risk management processes to deliver project objectives and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • •Lead cost, schedule, procurement, and project governance activities using organizational process assets and project management guidelines and standards.
  • •Engage stakeholders effectively, manage negative stakeholder situations, and use communication management and human resource tools to motivate contractors and coordinate project teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 107,000 - 160,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in technical field plus 6 years technical experience, or 9 years project/architectural-engineering/technical experience, or Project Manager plus 2 years as a PM.
  • •Advance project management knowledge with methodology, processes, tools, techniques, and software; demonstrate project management maturity (Level 3 maturity).
  • •Working knowledge of project management guidelines, standards, processes, and job aids.
  • •Proficiency with PMIS and project controls, including scheduling, risk and cost management software, performance metrics, and dashboards.
  • •Leadership capability using situational leadership; manage stakeholders with integrated communication and conflict resolution.
