Job Summary

Lead a systems-minded People Operations function for a fast-growing cross-border fintech. Own the People Operations strategy and AI-enabled transformation across payroll, compensation, reporting, and operational workflows, targeting 80–90% automation. Build people data infrastructure and self-serve dashboards for workforce planning, manage compensation and role governance, and partner with Finance and Legal as a trusted advisor while developing and raising the bar for the team.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead, mentor, and develop the People Operations team, setting direction and execution bar as the function scales.
•Own the People Operations strategy and AI-enabled transformation agenda across payroll, compensation, reporting, and operational workflows to automate day-to-day processes.
•Build people data infrastructure and self-serve dashboards covering headcount, attrition, hiring pipeline, and compensation for workforce decision-making.
•Own compensation and role governance, including salary banding, benchmarking, and levelling frameworks as TTS scales.
•Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across Finance and Legal, and institutionalise goal-setting and management operations while maintaining the knowledge function.

Key Requirements

•8+ years in a high-performing, analytical environment with experience leading a function or team.
•Strategic, transformative mindset to rethink traditional processes and drive organizational change.
•Strong track record building systems and processes from scratch and owning them at scale.
•Highly analytical skills, comfortable building dashboards, working with data, and using metrics to drive decisions.
•Proven people leadership with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across functions.
