Job Summary

Transport ready mix concrete safely and efficiently to construction projects, company facilities, and customers in both industrial and residential areas. Perform daily pre/post trip inspections, maintain vehicle logs, monitor gauges, follow dispatch and DOT guidelines, and ensure product quality. Handle loading/unloading, perform minor maintenance, keep the truck clean, and provide professional customer interactions while meeting safety and attendance expectations.

Key Responsibilities

•Transport ready mix concrete to construction projects, company facilities, and customers safely and efficiently.
•Perform daily pre/post trip inspections with documentation in compliance with DOT guidelines.
•Load and unload equipment and monitor vehicle gauges during operation.
•Maintain daily vehicle mileage logs and follow dispatch instructions and applicable laws.
•Perform minor servicing and maintenance, keep the vehicle clean, and maintain regular and predictable attendance.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 2 years of experience driving a mixer truck (preferred).
•High school diploma or GED required.
•Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a CDL A or CDL B license.
•Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screen, and criminal background check, and possess a valid DOT medical card.
•Must adhere to safety requirements and OSHA/MSHA regulations while working professionally with customers and coworkers.
