Key Responsibilities

  • •Product enablement: Steer and surface key insights to help the product team prioritize feature roadmaps; represent customer needs across the product development process; identify opportunities to improve processes and tooling that drive engineering velocity.
  • •Launches: Coordinate end-to-end launches of new features across teams (product, engineering, marketing, sales, support); drive Early Access Programs; own rollout implementations and run of show across key collaborators.
  • •Product & Engineering Excellence: Use feedback loops to help the product team understand iterations or fixes; build reporting dashboards, agents and quarterly reports to establish rigor in product success.
  • •Stakeholder management: Work with stakeholders to improve decisions around feature development; act as a liaison between Product, Engineering Design and Go To Market Orgs; drive clarity and communication on product priorities and statuses.
  • •Be an expert in product features and flight status to engage with customer feedback and cascade product updates to Go To Market teams; understand in-flight work to help prioritize and communicate effectively.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience in product operations, technical program management, project management, or a product ownership role.
  • •Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • •Ability to collaborate effectively with peers and across teams located in multiple offices.
  • •Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
  • •Ability to make decisions with limited data and willingness to adopt AI tools to work smarter.
