Key Responsibilities

  • •Attend the plant daily Flash Meeting, report customer/supplier concerns, and review the Flow board daily.
  • •Manage the cycle count program and support onsite employees at Subcon offsite locations.
  • •Prepare demand plans and lead the monthly S&OP process, analyzing weekly EDI forecasts and capacity constraints.
  • •Serve as the main point of contact for customers; update customer portal, manage delivery ratings, and notify stakeholders of potential commercial issues.
  • •Perform item parameter reviews and reconcile customer CUMs weekly, supporting program meetings and engineering/customer build changes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or High School Diploma/GED with equivalent work experience.
  • •3+ years of materials scheduling experience in a tier 1 automotive facility.
  • •Experience working with OEM customer releases and demand schedules.
  • •1+ year of experience with supplier planner/ordering.
  • •Strong problem-resolution skills and proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, plus MRP systems (PLEX required).
