Job Summary

Drive operational excellence for demand planning by supporting system implementations, validating upgrades, and optimizing configurations used by planners. Create and deploy Excel and Power BI dashboards, trackers, and KPI reporting to enable forecasting accuracy and performance tracking. Troubleshoot system issues, guide users through functionality rollouts and tool migrations, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Supply Chain to deliver actionable analytics and ad hoc insights that support continuous improvement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and support system implementation phases by validating upgrades and new tools against business requirements and ensuring accurate system mapping as a Super User across planning and inventory functions.
•Manage system configurations affecting performance and data accuracy; guide users through new functionality rollouts and serve as the primary contact for demand planning system communications.
•Develop and deploy Excel/Power BI dashboards and trackers, support KPI tracking, and conduct ad hoc analysis to inform business decisions.
•Drive system-based process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and data visibility while collaborating with planners and managers to evaluate planning risks and implement solutions.
•Collaborate cross-functionally to provide reporting and analytics to Sales and Supply Chain teams, track performance against key targets, and support decision-making through sales data, forecasting accuracy, and system performance analysis.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 55,000 - 82,500 annually

•Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university and 2+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
•Advanced analytical thinking with strong organizational and decision-making abilities, plus effective written, verbal, and presentation communication.
•Demonstrated success building customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
•Skilled at planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.
