•Build and manage strong partnerships with major technology companies to drive Retool's growth across sales, marketing, product, and customer success.
•Collaborate across teams and keep executives updated on partnership progress and impact.
•Develop and execute joint business plans with alliance partners to drive measurable revenue growth.
•Establish and track shared KPIs with partners using PRM or other systems.
•Navigate complex organizations and align diverse stakeholders to achieve partnership objectives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 216,800 - 315,040 annually

Key Requirements

•Have 7-10 years of experience in technology alliances with a proven track record of building and scaling GTM partnerships (ARR KPI).
•Have managed alliances with major tech companies (AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.), preferably cloud partners like AWS.
•Demonstrated ability to grow partnerships over time with increasing commitments.
•Self-starter who can work cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing.
•Strong ability to establish and track shared KPIs with alliance partners through PRM or other systems.
