Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure project schedules comply with contract requirements and industry quality standards to drive customer satisfaction.
  • •Define performance measurement and scheduling criteria across project execution phases in coordination with account management, project management, engineering, and construction.
  • •Develop, analyze, and maintain resource- and cost-loaded project schedules within a networked scheduling environment, using templates and standardized guidelines.
  • •Manage schedule/cost baselines with change order management and lead regular internal schedule, cost, and resource status update meetings.
  • •Create EVM reports, identify baseline variances with root-cause analysis, recommend risk mitigation/opportunities, and support budget/cash-flow alignment with project finance.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree.
  • •Minimum 6 years EPC Project Controls experience (engineering, Procurement and construction).
  • •Scheduling experience with Primavera P6 and MS Project (preferably in an EPC environment).
  • •Strong Microsoft Excel/data analytics skills.
  • •Ability to travel up to 20% to project sites, based on project execution requirements.
