Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage brief intake and creative request prioritization, scoping needs and aligning priorities with team capacity.
  • •Own and maintain the HQ creative pipeline, tracking timelines, owners, risks, and delivery across disciplines from kickoff to completion.
  • •Design and optimize operating systems (intake forms, routing logic, approvals, automation, dashboards) to create scalable traffic processes.
  • •Lead automation and AI-enabled workflow initiatives by identifying repetitive tasks and implementing solutions with IT/technical partners.
  • •Improve time-to-market by identifying bottlenecks, reducing lead times, and facilitating stakeholder alignment through status meetings.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in traffic management, creative operations, project management, or a similar role in an international creative/marketing/retail/production environment.
  • •Strong understanding of creative production, retail design, visual merchandising, campaign development, and global cross-functional collaboration.
  • •Excellent project management, organization, communication, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
  • •Fluent English and French required (additional languages are a plus).
  • •Experience with project-management, DAM, collaboration, automation, reporting, or workflow platforms.
