•Translate product and business data into narratives about what’s working, what isn’t, and where opportunities lie.
•Build and maintain decks and dashboards that drive action, and define KPIs/metrics with Product so teams track outcomes effectively.
•Identify trends, anomalies, and patterns and proactively surface insights to stakeholders.
•Bridge Product Operations with the Data & Analytics team by translating business questions into data requirements and aligning on shared definitions and metrics standards.
•Lead roadmap presentations connecting data-driven insights to strategic decisions, and use AI/LLMs to automate repetitive workflows and streamline reporting.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 124,000 - 171,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years in product operations, business operations, or a data-focused analytical role within enterprise SaaS.
•Experience working across Product, Finance, or Go-To-Market teams using data to drive strategy.
•Demonstrated ability to use AI platforms to automate processes and refine operational workflows to reduce manual overhead.
•Proficiency with dashboarding/analytics tools such as Tableau, Dovetail, Pendo, and Snowflake, with comfort writing SQL or pulling data independently.
•Strong ability to work with messy or ambiguous data and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
