Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in preparing cost estimates, cost plans, and budgets for data centre projects.
  • •Support quantity take‑offs and rate analysis for MEP or CSA packages depending on background.
  • •Help prepare tender documentation, gather quotations, and support tender analyses and evaluations.
  • •Assist in compiling contract documents and supporting procurement activities.
  • •Help track project costs, monitor variations, and assist in change control procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Construction, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •2-5 years of experience in cost management, quantity surveying, construction, or related fields.
  • •Exposure to MEP‑intensive, industrial, or data centre projects is preferred but not mandatory.
  • •Good understanding of basic cost management concepts (estimating, tendering, cost plans, reporting).
  • •Proficiency in cost software such as CostX or willingness to learn.
