Job Summary

Own the Qatar market’s P&L end to end, partnering with regional teams on budgeting and Best Estimate cycles while driving corrective actions to hit financial targets. Serve as the right hand of the Managing Director—preparing data-driven insights for leadership moments, aligning functional heads, and leading strategic special projects, new initiatives, and market turnarounds. Lead AI and automation efforts and build a high-performing Qatar team.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the Qatar P&L end to end, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and corrective actions.
•Act as strategic right hand to the Managing Director—advising on key decisions, representing leadership in internal forums, and preparing data-driven materials for board and stakeholder moments.
•Analyze business performance metrics across verticals to identify trends, anomalies, turnaround opportunities, and profitability improvements; develop and recommend strategies.
•Lead strategic and special projects in Qatar from scoping to delivery, including launching new products/initiatives and driving market turnaround initiatives.
•Lead AI and automation efforts in Qatar, working with regional teams to test, scale, and launch tools to improve productivity across functions and build a high-performing team.

Key Requirements

•Demonstrated thought leadership to drive innovation and business impact.
•Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making and problem-solving skills.
•Experience partnering with and influencing diverse stakeholders across functions.
•Experience with financial modelling and P&L analysis.
•Strong familiarity with SQL/BigQuery/Looker/Tableau and AI fluency (strongly preferred).
