Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, organize, and execute a consistent daily and weekly customer schedule of store visits efficiently.
  • •Monitor inventory levels using cycle counts and reports, and work with customer service and replenishment teams to resolve discrepancies.
  • •Participate in regional training classes and events.
  • •Lead and/or participate in customer events including demonstration clinics, product knowledge classes, contractor events, promo events, associate training, and community outreach programs.
  • •Build and install product displays and handle new store resets while ensuring products are safely stacked or secured and sharing ideas to maximize shelf space.

Key Requirements

  • •Valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle to travel to customer locations as needed.

  • •Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and perform physical tasks (stand, walk, bend, climb, kneel, repetitive motions, ladder work) in all weather conditions.
