Key Responsibilities

•Plan, organize, and execute a consistent daily and weekly customer schedule of store visits efficiently.
•Monitor inventory levels using cycle counts and reports, and work with customer service and replenishment teams to resolve discrepancies.
•Participate in regional training classes and events.
•Lead and/or participate in customer events including demonstration clinics, product knowledge classes, contractor events, promo events, associate training, and community outreach programs.
•Build and install product displays and handle new store resets while ensuring products are safely stacked or secured and sharing ideas to maximize shelf space.

Key Requirements

•Valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle to travel to customer locations as needed.
•Proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs.
•Use of basic hand and power tools.
•Daily travel to and from company and customer locations; some overnight travel required.
•Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and perform physical tasks (stand, walk, bend, climb, kneel, repetitive motions, ladder work) in all weather conditions.
