Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist customers during project “Think and Build” phases.
  • •Develop and maintain technical documentation (HLD/LLD, method of procedure, test plans, configuration templates, scripts).
  • •Provision, customize, and verify Fortinet configurations based on approved designs.
  • •Test Fortinet solutions, verify system behavior, and participate in interoperability/integration testing.
  • •Recommend and implement Fortinet best practices; resolve and/or escalate technical issues and deliver general knowledge transfer to client staff.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in LAN/WAN/network security products.
  • •Design and implement SD-WAN solutions and FortiGate, FortiManager, and FortiAnalyzer product families.
  • •Experience with complex routing/WAN environments where BGP and OSFP are required.
  • •Hands-on experience maintaining, deploying, or designing MPLS networks, specifically L3 VPN.
  • •Experience implementing cybersecurity solutions in OT environments such as industrial equipment, SCADA, HVAC, PLCs, or DCS.
