Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out routine aircraft/engine/component servicing and approved structural repairs while observing safety procedures for fluids, refuelling, and systems charging/servicing.
  • •Complete component replacements and other maintenance activities as directed by the immediate supervisor, using relevant approved manuals/documentation.
  • •Assist Licensed Aircraft Engineers with walk-around checks, troubleshooting, defect rectification, and executing modifications from job cards.
  • •Promote a safety culture by maintaining clean work locations and preventing FOD; communicate safety shortfalls and deficiencies/failures.
  • •Contribute to Emirates Flight Training Academy maintenance by diagnosing electrical and mechanical issues, replacing defective/worn parts, conducting scheduled inspections, and performing testing on communication and diagnostic systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Apprenticeship in Aircraft Maintenance or equivalent training with a reputable airline/approved maintenance organisation, or an Engineering Aircraft Maintenance License with 7 years experience.
  • •Graduate or equivalent education.
  • •Ability to obtain and understand Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM), Illustrated Parts Catalogue (IPC), Component Maintenance Manual (CMM) or other approved documentation.
  • •Be fully conversant with airport safety regulations, including holding and maintaining an airport driving permit and complying with airport manoeuvring area requirements.
  • •Must have the right to live and work in India.
