  • •Manage the ATMS software engineering team across programmes, product developments, and R&D activities.

  • •Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Engineering or related discipline.
  • •Experience managing software engineering teams across the product development lifecycle and line management of functional teams.
  • •Experience leading engineering teams within programme environments and supporting technical proposal activities.
  • •Experience with software architecture, SDLC management, and engineering governance, including Agile/Waterfall and modern DevSecOps practices.
  • •Eligibility for UK MOD Security Clearance (SC minimum) and delivery of complex regulated, safety-critical or mission-critical software systems.
