Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform overhaul, maintenance, inspection, assembly, testing, and repair of Pressure Safety Valves (PSVs) in workshop and customer site environments.
  • •Conduct pop testing, calibration, setting, and functional testing of PSVs according to procedures and quality standards.
  • •Generate and maintain job cards, worksheets, service reports, and related documentation; update records after service activities.
  • •Identify replacement parts and recommend repair solutions, providing technical guidance for PSV maintenance and reliability.
  • •Conduct site walkdowns and asset audits; support valve commissioning and settings adjustment, and participate in witnessed testing as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in Engineering or a related technical discipline, or equivalent education, training, and relevant experience.
  • •Experience in field service, maintenance, repair, testing, or overhaul in an industrial, manufacturing, energy, process, or related environment.
  • •Working knowledge of mechanical equipment, valves, pressure relief devices, or similar industrial products.
  • •Ability to read and interpret technical documents, procedures, and reports.
