Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and improve commercial performance, maintaining forecast vs baseline for cost and KPIs using dashboards and trend analysis
  • •Conduct on-site health checks and escalate emerging commercial risks with clear recovery actions
  • •Ensure change control procedures are followed for scope, pricing, risk allowances and audit trails
  • •Plan and implement close-out and rolling final account settlements
  • •Support risk management by reviewing threats and opportunities and reporting net effects to scheme forecasts

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in commercial management within construction of major programmes and projects
  • •Strong knowledge of construction contracts (NEC and/or JCT preferred)
  • •Excellent cost control, reporting, and collaboration skills
  • •Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management, or related field
  • •Professional membership (or working towards) RICS, CIOB, or equivalent
