•Conduct on-site health checks and escalate emerging commercial risks with clear recovery actions
•Ensure change control procedures are followed for scope, pricing, risk allowances and audit trails
•Plan and implement close-out and rolling final account settlements
•Support risk management by reviewing threats and opportunities and reporting net effects to scheme forecasts

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in commercial management within construction of major programmes and projects
•Strong knowledge of construction contracts (NEC and/or JCT preferred)
•Excellent cost control, reporting, and collaboration skills
•Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management, or related field
•Professional membership (or working towards) RICS, CIOB, or equivalent
