Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and own IAM strategy and target-state security architecture across Lumen’s NaaS identity ecosystem, including LIAM/ECAPS, Microsoft Entra ID/B2C, and AWS IAM.
  • •Design and operationalize Zero Trust identity principles (continuous verification, risk-based access, least privilege).
  • •Architect customer identity and access management (CIAM) for web portal, mobile, and API access patterns; enforce authentication/federation standards (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML).
  • •Develop IAM governance frameworks (RBAC/ABAC, access lifecycle, entitlement review, audit evidence) and IAM-as-Code practices using Terraform.
  • •Provide security architecture for agentic AI systems and FedRAMP-aligned public sector initiatives, and conduct security architecture reviews (threat modeling, attack surface analysis, risk-based recommendations).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information security, or related field with 12+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • •Deep expertise in enterprise IAM architecture for Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD and AWS IAM at production scale.
  • •Expert knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML—architecture and standards governance (not just implementation).
  • •Experience applying Zero Trust principles and designing RBAC/ABAC models at enterprise scale.
  • •Experience architecting security for compliance environments aligned to FedRAMP/FISMA/NIST 800-53, including threat modeling (e.g., STRIDE).
