Key Responsibilities

  • •Support monthly close and management reporting for monthly board reporting.
  • •Own budgeting and forecasting, including quantitative analysis of key drivers and maintaining the corporate financial model.
  • •Manage cadence and calendar for long-range planning, annual budget, forecasting, month-close reporting, and periodic reporting.
  • •Enhance budgeting, forecasting, and modeling tools in partnership with the SVP, FP&A.
  • •Build and maintain business plans and forecasting for 1-year, 3-year, and 5-year horizons, and support quarterly board and PE sponsor follow-ups and preparation of board materials.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in finance, with experience working with PE sponsors preferred.
  • •7+ years in a management or leadership role with direct supervisory responsibilities for at least five individuals preferred.
  • •Strong financial planning and analysis background, including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow modeling in an operating model.
  • •Proven budgeting and forecasting skills with the ability to manage a detailed, interactive 1-year/3-year/5-year forecast model.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Word, PowerPoint) and strong Excel and Power BI skills; PrismHR and financial ERP systems experience preferred.
