Job Summary

Lead near- and long-term commercial and money movement strategies across West and Central Africa, covering business & corporate, money movement, and government solutions. Own sales strategies and account plans to grow volume and market share, drive client engagements, and manage P&L through forecasts and operating plans. Partner with product, marketing, analytics, merchant sales acquiring, government engagement, customer service, and finance teams while building a high-performing team of sales specialists.

Key Responsibilities

•Establish and execute near- and long-term strategies to accelerate the Commercial and Money Movement business across West and Central Africa.
•Develop and execute sales strategies/account plans to increase sales volume and market share and exceed product and corporate objectives.
•Lead client engagements with the sales team to drive expansion across CMS solutions and segments.
•Carry P&L responsibility for CMS in WCA, including financial forecasts and operating plans to hit quarterly and annual targets.
•Develop and lead a high-caliber team of sales specialists, setting targets and OKRs and providing ongoing oversight and feedback.

Key Requirements

•Strong business development and consultative sales experience, including educating stakeholders on payment capabilities and producing business cases.
•Minimum 15 years of leadership experience in Commercial Cards and/or Corporate Banking/transaction banking FI sales, with familiarity with remittance and money-movement and public sector sales as a plus.
•Deep understanding of B2B payment trends, regulatory environment, and current market landscape and gaps.
•Experience working on digital solutions in the FI, MNO, or fintech space.
•Strong leadership and analytical skills with ability to work cross-functionally and cross-regionally, manage stakeholders, and lead by influence.
