Cost Manager (m/f/d) CSA / MEP - Data Centers

Lead cost management for data centre projects in Frankfurt, handling pre- and post-contract duties such as cost estimating, procurement and tendering, contract administration, variations, valuations, and final accounts. Conduct feasibility studies, produce tender and procurement reports, and deliver monthly post-contract cost reports to clients. Coordinate with clients and consultants across project stages, support cost risk analysis, and contribute to value engineering and change control processes.
