Key Responsibilities

  • •Author system, operator, and maintenance technical publications for electronic, electrical, mechanical, and other equipment.
  • •Ensure publications conform to standards and specifications, including S1000D.
  • •Assist with managing technical publications data.
  • •Support management and review of subcontractor and supplier technical publications.
  • •Assist with technical illustrations for publications.

Key Requirements

  • •Evolved writing skills to write and rewrite technical documents such as technical procedure manuals, software manuals, and operational specifications.
  • •Technical trade experience or demonstrated experience in a technical publications discipline.
  • •Ability to author and/or develop technical publications for Defence or engineering-related fields (desirable).
  • •Strong attention to detail with demonstrated problem-solving skills.
  • •Experience with S1000D Technical Publication Management System.
