Job Summary

Support daily elevator and fertilizer operations in Devils Lake by loading and unloading trucks and railcars, monitoring load-out functions and automated scale/dump systems, and performing maintenance and cleanup. You’ll deliver agricultural inputs to customer sites, maintain inventory quality, keep facilities safe and orderly, and maintain required daily/weekly/monthly records while following all safety policies and promptly reporting issues to your supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

•Support daily elevator and fertilizer operations under general supervision.
•Prepare and load/unload trucks and railcars, controlling and monitoring load-out functions.
•Operate automated scale/dump systems and maintain inventory quality for blended, bulk, or packaged products.
•Perform daily/weekly/monthly maintenance and inspect equipment for seeps and leaks.
•Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe facility, complete housekeeping tasks, and deliver products to customer sites while following safety policies and reporting concerns.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of experience in Operations and/or Business Operations.
•Ability to operate machinery such as loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile.
•Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons.
•High school diploma or GED preferred.
•CDL license or ability to attain one with Hazmat endorsement preferred.
