Key Responsibilities

  • •Process loan transactions from application through funding and closing, including collection and review of due diligence.
  • •Audit loan files for completeness, verify bank requirements and documentation, and submit completed packages for boarding.
  • •Analyze balancing sheets and coordinate estimated funding amounts with escrow, including prepaid interest for escrow transactions.
  • •Handle complex loans and transactions involving outside legal documentation, syndications/participations, and specialized lending.
  • •Manage open items, coordinate insurance and flood requirements, order and review third-party reports (e.g., title/escrow collateral), and complete post-closing documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum six years of commercial loan administration and financial services experience, including loan documentation preparation, closing, and funding.
  • •Proficient understanding of borrowing-entity documentation and the ability to assess whether legal documents include all terms and conditions for approved credit products.
  • •Knowledge of real estate, construction, Commercial and Industrial, entertainment, specialty lending, asset-based lending, and syndicated lending.
  • •Knowledge of applicable state and federal banking regulations and laws, including multiple listed regulations and AML/CIP requirements.
  • •Proficiency in nCino and Salesforce; high school diploma or equivalent required, with a bachelor’s degree preferred.
