  • •Develop new clients and projects in the healthcare sector while expanding the facility-based higher education-focused business and market share.
  • •Lead project teams to deliver work and grow client relationships, balancing business development and project workload as it evolves.
  • •Coordinate local client efforts and cross-selling with regional, district, national business lines, and pursuit management.
  • •Represent WSP through participation in client and industry events to support intelligence gathering and pipeline development.
  • •Drive operational excellence by overseeing performance, forecasts, overhead expenditures, and KPIs including Sales, EBITDA, staff hiring/retention, DSO, utilization, backlog, and inclusion & diversity.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
  • •15+ years of experience in the Healthcare Industry, combining engineering management, business development, and business/operations management.
  • •Professional Engineering license required.
  • •Extensive knowledge of electrical design in healthcare, including permitting and design/build and construction-related issues.
  • •Experience coordinating and directing others to complete tasks safely, with demonstrated mentorship and upholding workplace safety and compliance policies.
