  • •Own end-to-end execution of on-schedule delivery of HBM design achievements across collaborators.
  • •Define and manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, and mitigation workgroups; maintain a design risk register.
  • •Operate formal Change Control Board (CCB) processes and ensure disciplined POR management with traceability.
  • •Lead governance activities (e.g., DDTL Syncs and Design Program Reviews) and provide executive-level status, risks, and decision asks.
  • •Manage design-phase budgeting/cost ownership and roadmap communication, aligning execution with schedule, cost, quality, and product objectives.
