Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as AD/PD Commission Manager with end-to-end service delivery for large/complex commissions.
  • •Act as key day-to-day client interface, ensuring client objectives are met through value-added cost management services.
  • •Lead commission management activities including feasibility studies, procurement reports, cost planning, estimating, valuation, and monthly post-contract cost reporting.
  • •Manage procurement stages (pre-qualification, enquiry, analysis, selection, contract preparation) and oversee post-contract cost variances and change control.
  • •Negotiate final accounts and, where appropriate, lead a cost management team and support new business opportunities and bid development.

Key Requirements

  • •Qualification in Estimating, Quantity Surveying or Cost Engineering.
  • •Experience in the Infrastructure (Rail, air, power, highways) sector.
  • •Demonstrable experience compiling, assuring, and delivering complex estimates and cost models.
  • •Experience working within an integrated Project Controls team and with single-sourced, non-competed public procurement.
  • •Excellent flexible skills in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel, Work, PowerPoint) with strong written and verbal client communication.
