Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide outstanding customer service to clients and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • •Maintain the department's service standards, including 24-hour turnaround for written communication and target call abandon rate of 2%.
  • •Implement AI tools to adhere to the department's service standards.
  • •Multi-task daily workload and follow up on individual cases, including ad hoc assignments.
  • •Develop extensive product knowledge to provide timely and accurate information to clients.
