Job Summary

Lead the establishment and growth of a Strategic Advisory practice focused on innovative delivery for complex infrastructure projects across transportation, water, energy, and social infrastructure. Build a team of subject matter experts, define the operating model and governance, and drive financial performance. Advise on business cases, financing, procurement strategy, due diligence, and delivery governance while collaborating across business lines and engaging government and private-sector stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Establish and lead a new Strategic Advisory Innovative Project Delivery practice, including structure, operating model, and governance.
•Integrate advisory disciplines into a unified team with shared goals, aligned processes, and clear accountability.
•Deliver financial and commercial targets through performance monitoring, resource allocation, and project economics oversight.
•Provide service delivery excellence, quality control, compliance, and continuous improvement using WSP best practices.
•Build client relationships and grow the practice through business development, stakeholder engagement, and cross-discipline collaboration.

Key Requirements

•15+ years of infrastructure advisory experience, including infrastructure project development, structuring, and project finance.
•8+ years in senior leadership roles in management consulting or professional services, leading consulting teams on large-scale transformational projects.
•Strong stakeholder management and communication with experience working with C-suite executives and influencing decisions.
•Deep knowledge of change management and project/program management best practices, integrating multiple workstreams into a cohesive delivery approach.
•Authorization to immediately work in the United States.
