Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and review test cases for complex tax content configurations (rules, codes, rates, jurisdiction logic).
  • •Create test strategy, test plan, and approach based on the program, including test management and methodologies.
  • •Plan and conduct Agile ceremonies and operate with Agile working knowledge.
  • •Manage or lead a 10+ member QA team, including test estimation, resource planning, and defect management.
  • •Provide test reporting (daily/weekly/closure) and onboard/train new team members on Salesforce.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of testing experience with strong functional knowledge of Vertex (Sites, Forms, Assets, DAM, Workflows, Templates, Components).
  • •3+ years of relevant QA experience on a Vertex Tax Engine, including designing and reviewing test cases for tax configurations (rules, codes, rates, jurisdiction logic).
  • •3+ years as a Test Lead with Agile working knowledge and experience conducting Agile ceremonies.
  • •Experience in test management, test strategy, testing methodologies, and defect management, including test case design and reviews.
  • •Experience leading or managing a 10+ member QA team and supporting stakeholder communication, reporting, estimation, and resource planning.
